where we’ll discuss your goals and explore your relationship with food and body image throughout your life, including your diet history, current eating behaviors, fitness level, previous injuries, and more.

– Two, thirty-minute nutrition coaching call each month:

We will go over daily lessons and advice to create habits. Each follow-up will have a topic of focus, interactive exercises, discussion and processing, and handouts to support you between sessions.

– Two, sixty-minute online personalized fitness coaching each week:

Whatever obstacles arise, I’ll help you overcome them by modifying your program or offering new solutions. In the end, know that I’m here to support you every step of the way, no matter what life throws at you.

– Two, sixty-minute live-streamed Myo-fascia ELDOA class each week:

if you miss the live-streamed group class on Tuesday and Friday 10.30am AST, you will get access to the replay classes.
