Learn about SUP techniques and discover a new way to work out on the board and make new friends.
Audrey will cover essential topics for paddlers, including the health benefits of Stand Up Paddleboarding, water safety, paddle stroke, fitness techniques, rescue, Ocean awareness, and equipment reviews.

Workshop Content
  • Duration: 4 days training from 7 am to 9.30 am + daily Yoga classes
  • Core exercises on the beach
  • Understanding your equipment, paddle techniques and board control
  • Group paddle tour with Audrey Meyer with a focus on balance and core strengthening
  • Yoga and balance techniques (on the beach and on the ocean)
  • Includes all gear (Board, Paddle, anchor/ Yoga mat)
