Get ready for the ocean! We will be providing all the Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) equipment.

What about being able to Paddle board longer, faster, more efficiently, avoid overuse issues and catch more waves in the surf?

“Using good technique is the best way to avoid injury and stay fit”: Audrey Meyer (ACA certified SUP instructor, yoga and fitness coach) will bring her expertise and lead the group through a full body workout with focus on building core, strength and balance. Method based on 20 years experience in fitness and water sports

Enrollment: Course has limited number of participants to a maximum of 10 people

Workshop Content
  • Understanding your equipment according to the conditions.
  • Paddle Techniques and Board Control based on SUP racing and SUP Surfing (forward strock, pivot turn, emergency stop, feathering, etc).
  • Explanation of breathing, and fitness concepts: how you can hack your body to perform better, longer and without injuries.
  • Group Paddle tour with Audrey Meyer with focus on balance and core strengthening.
Course Organization
  • 3 mornings of SUP Coaching from 7.30 am to 9.30 am
  • Costs Including equipment.
