1. Strength Training:
If you want to sculpt a beautifully lean body, strength training is #1. I show you exactly HOW to lift weights to not only get stronger and become leaner but to FEEL like a badass woman (because you are).
Strength Training is The key to burning fat, and staying lean build more muscle which boosts your metabolism, so you become a fat-burning machine!
2. Cardio – High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
HIIT involves short bursts of intense exercise alternated with low-intensity recovery periods. Internal Training is an effective way to burn fat.
Adding cardio into the mix of your lifting will BOOST your results. Cardio is important for your heart and general fitness levels.
3. ELDOA Exercises and Myofascial Stretches:
Improve your posture and unlock your mobility with the ELDOA technique. An incredible method for enhancing performance, managing/preventing injury, and improving musculoskeletal and cardiovascular health for all.

5. Confidence Building.
I don’t believe a fitness transformation is complete without talking about: confidence building, consistency and habits, fears and limiting beliefs, body image, and so much more. This is the heart and soul of your transformation.

The Transformational Coaching Package includes:
One initial Fitness & Nutrition Assessment (20 min)
Together, we will discuss your goals and explore your relationship with food and body image throughout your life, including your diet history, current eating behaviors, fitness level, previous injuries, and more.
A workout plan to help you burn fat and build lean muscle
- Two 45 minutes Strength training sessions each week for 12 weeks with a workout plan you can do at home or at the gym
- Two 20 min cardio HIIT sessions each week for 12 weeks. No equipment needed.
- Two 60 minutes mobility and Fascia stretch exercises via live stream class (or replay class) per week. No equipment needed.
A progression workout and exercises that will show you how to perform with proper form exercises at home (or at the gym). I will show you how to do the exercise either with a TRX or with bands or with dumbbells. And you can do it in the comfort of your home or at the gym.
