I’ am Audrey Meyer, a Fitness, Nutrition Coach, and Professional Female Athlete (ranked top 5 on the Kiteboarding World Tour).

I have been a fitness and nutrition coach for two decades and have educated and encouraged thousands of men and women to improve their health, reach their goals, and be more confident in their bodies.

 

I believe functional strength training exercises prepare your body to perform activities in everyday life more easily, such as surfing, kiteboarding, windsurfing, running, but also to keep you healthy from all the daily chores and tasks.

Being a female professional athlete and coach, I have learned over the past 20 years what it takes to live a balanced life and create a healthy body and mind as a busy woman.

My Vision

My mission is to help men and women feel their best, physically and mentally, finding harmony and balance in their body, mind, and life, so they can perform at their best, live a long life, and practice what they love to do until they are 100 years of age, no matter their age, sex, or limiting beliefs.

As a professional Athlete, I have been looking to achieve peak performance in my entire life. I competed on the Professional Kitesurfing World Tour for ten years and am still highly involved in extreme watersports. ELDOA, Mobility, Strenght Training, and a balanced nutrition are what allow me to push my limits, still today at 45 years of age!

My goal is to be able to surf until I am 100 years of age! Aging Gracefully. I am Strong, powerful, and can do all those things I love.
