WHAT IS ELDOA
(Longitudinal Osteoarticular Decoaptation Stretches, is taken from the French Etirements Longitudinaux avec Decoaptation Osteo-Articulaire).
ELDOAs and Myofascial Stretch alleviate spinal compression, improve your posture, give space around your joints and discs, and normalize fascia. Not only a stretch, ELDOAs will also “create space” within a precise joint or a segment of the spine using myofascial tension and muscle contraction. By creating myofascial tension (tension in the fascia), the ELDOA can affect the tissue, ligaments, nervous tissues, and organs associated with that joint or spinal segment. You’ll notice a greater range of motion, reduced tension, a sense of freedom, and control.
