SUP Fit Workshop


Learn about SUP techniques and discover a new way to work out on the board and make some new friends. We will cover important topics for paddlers, including the health benefits of SUP, water safety and ocean preparedness, SUP fitness techniques and equipment reviews.

Workshop Content
  • Duration: 4 days training from 7.30 am to 9 am + daily Yoga classes
  • Core exercises on the beach
  • Understanding your equipment, paddle techniques and board control
  • Group paddle tour with Audrey Meyer with a focus on balance and core strengthening
  • Yoga and balance techniques (on the beach and on the ocean)
  • Includes all gear (Board, Paddle, anchor/ Yoga mat)
