A watersport & fitness athlete, former professional kiteboarder, Audrey is a certified STAPS fitness trainer, TRX certified coach, 200-hours registered yoga teacher, ELDOA level 1-2 certified teacher, ACA SUP instructor, and precision nutrition coach.
Audrey’s goal is to encourage women and men of all ages and fitness levels to improve their quality of life because everyone deserves to achieve his/ her personal fitness and health goal.
Audrey started her love for water sports when her brother introduced her to windsurfing at the age of 12, in South of France. Later, she moved to Reunion Island to live her passion for surfing and windsurfing while studying and earned a master’s degree in Physical Education and Sports Management. She got hooked on kiteboarding in Maui, Hawaii, in the early 2000s, and became an IKO (International Kiteboarding Organization) certified kite instructor. She has been living in Cabarete, the Dominican Republic ever since. Audrey started the Dare2fly Kiteboarding School on the north shore of the Dominican Republic in 2001 and ran it for 16 years, while competing on the the PKRA (Professional Kite Rider Association) World Tour.

|Audrey competed on the PKRA World Tour and was ranked 5th best female kiteboarder in the world.
Nominated as the Most Influential Girl Kitesurfer in 2011.
Became “Master of the Ocean” female category, windsurfing, kitesurfing, Stand Up Paddle Surfing & surfing competition in the waves in 2010,11 and 12.
Competed in various Stand Up Paddleboarding races: 2nd at the Gerry Lopez “Battle of the Paddle” at Dana Point, CA in 2010, one of the most prestigious Stand Up Paddle Board race competition.
Audrey enjoys to motivate and inspire other people to achieve their individual Health & Fitness Goals.
